We’ve been down the same path you’re traveling.

Jeff and Susan Kaufman founded the Full Circle Foundation to provide scholarships to students from rural cities of less than 3,000 population, in eight states. The states include, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Iowa.

Applicants must be the first in their immediate families to attend a four-year college. Junior College attendance will not be acceptable, nor will local community colleges. Our focus is on helping young people encounter a wider array of experiences and to positively change the family cultures of young people regarding economic and academic success. We work with students from towns of less than 3,000 people.

Successful applicants will be given the opportunity to re-apply for additional years of tuition support, contingent on minimum grade point results. Students must be in school full time and maintain a 2.7 grade point average.

JEFF AND SUSAN KAUFMAN

Founders of Full Circle Foundation

I grew up on a ranch in Montana and was the first person in my family to graduate college. I graduated from MSU Billings with honors in 2017. I earned a major in Environmental Studies and a minor in Biology. During my time in college I achieved a lot of personal growth and learned a multitude of amazing things. One of the highlights of my time as a student was interning with a nongame wildlife biologist at Miles City Fish Wildlife and Parks.

Full Circle Foundation was instrumental in helping me to achieve my goals. The financial assistance they gave me was amazing and I will be forever grateful. Jeff and Susan Kaufman consistently checked on me and my progress. This made me hold myself accountable and also made me feel good about my achievements. This program is very important for rural families.
