Applicants to the Full Circle Foundation must be from rural cities and towns with populations of less than 3,000 in the states of Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota or Wyoming. Applicants must be from the first generation to attend college in their family. To be eligible for a scholarship, applicants must have a high school minimum GPA of 2.7.

To receive the scholarship, applicants must have received a high school diploma and be accepted into the college they plan to attend.

Please write a Personal Statement in which you discuss what attending college means to you. How will the opportunity to attend college impact you, your family and/or your community? Discuss your future goals and how having a college degree will help you to accomplish these goals. Please feel free to write about any special interests, accomplishments or special circumstances that you may wish the selection committee to consider.

Include three letters of recommendation with your application, as well as high school and/or college transcripts. You may include your letters with you application, or have your references send letters directly to the Full Circle Foundation under separate cover.
